  • 3. Return and Refund Policy
    Return Period: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Restocking Fee & Merchant Fees: A restocking fee may apply, which is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the product and distributor. Additionally, any non-refundable merchant processing fees incurred at the time of purchase will be deducted from the refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made products, mounted wheels, and painted products.
    Items that have been installed, used, or modified.
    Any product not in its original condition or missing components.
    Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at team@performoffroad.com or 910-487-5964 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be accepted.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus applicable fees.

  • We strive to process and ship orders promptly; however, delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
    We offer standard and expedited shipping options for select products.
    Performance Off Road is not responsible for carrier-related shipping delays.
    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected method.
    Shipping Restrictions:

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
    We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
