Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Custom orders or items requiring special handling may take additional time to process.
Shipping Options
We offer a variety of shipping options at checkout to meet your needs:
Standard Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days.
Expedited Shipping:
Estimated delivery within 2–3 business days.
Overnight Shipping:
Next-day delivery if the order is placed before 12 PM EST.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for other orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and delivery location.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor its progress.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship within the United States.
For international orders, please contact us directly.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging for a resolution.
For lost packages, please file a claim with the shipping provider and notify us for assistance.
